Easter Hat Parade
When: Term 1
Every Easter our students dress up their headwear with magnificiently designed Easter hats for our annual parent and carer attended parade, which never disappoints.
Swimming Carnival
When: Term 1
Our school swimming carnival is held each year. Our students to engage in structured supervised novelty events, along with swimming races for our more capable swimmers.
Harmony Day
When: Term 1
Harmony Week is the celebration that recognises our diversity and brings together Australians from all different backgrounds.It’s about inclusiveness, respect and a sense of belonging for everyone.
ANZAC Day / Remembrance Day
When: Term 2 and Term 4
Our students participate in ANZAC Day and Remembrance Day ceremonies to honour and remember the service and sacrifice of Australian and New Zealand servicemen and women.
Athletic Track Carnival
When: Term 2
Our K-6 Athletics and Track Carnival is a highlight of the school year, bringing together students from all year levels to celebrate fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship. This exciting event encourages children to challenge themselves, showcase their athletic skills.
NAIDOC Week
When: Term 3
NAIDOC Week offers a significant opportunity to reflect upon and celebrate the rich histories, enduring cultures and remarkable achievements of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Book Week Parade
When: Term 3
Book Week is a special time at our school where we celebrate a love of reading. Students take part in fun activities throughout the week, including our student book parade.
Author Visit Incursions
When: Term 4
Author visits are a valued feature of our School experience, offering students a unique opportunity to connect with talented writers and storytellers. These engaging sessions inspire a love of reading and writing, bringing stories to life and encouraging students to explore their own creativity.
Kindergarten Orientation Day
When: Term 4
Our Kindegarten Orientation day is an opportunity for new students, parents and carers to get to know our school. We run three Leapfrog Sessions on Innovated Learning Environments, Literay amd Numeracy.
