A year at our school
NAIDOC Week
NAIDOC is more than a celebration. It’s an invitation to listen, learn and walk together. It’s a chance to honour culture, amplify First Nations voices, and support reconciliation through meaningful action in our classrooms and communities.
100 Days of Kindergarten
How time quickly flies. Our Kindergarten students recently completed 100 days of primary schooling. As a celebration, students turned up to school dressed as though it was 1925 or as 100 year olds!
Education Week
This year’s theme, “Ignite Your Potential,” is about discovering the spark inside each of us—and lighting it up. And after 100 years of students, teachers and families walking through Penshurst Public School gates, I think it’s fair to say - Penshurst PS knows how to light that spark.
100 Year Celebration - School Concert Performance
As part of our 100 years celebrations, we were highly entertained by dance performances from all our students in what was an amazing week for all students, performing choreography and moving in time with music and of course bringing a smile to many faces in the audience, even our teachers got in on the act.
